Pipeline comes and goes.
Referrals carry a good month. Then a slow one. Nobody dials on a schedule, so revenue follows your inbox instead of a plan.
Remote B2B sales agency, US and Canada
Ironline places trained B2B sales reps in your business and runs your outbound. Pure commission. No retainer, no payroll, no upfront cost. If nothing closes, you pay nothing.
The problem
You are not short on something to sell. You are short on someone who picks up the phone every day, on a schedule, and keeps picking it up.
Referrals carry a good month. Then a slow one. Nobody dials on a schedule, so revenue follows your inbox instead of a plan.
Salary, recruiter fee, tools, and months of your time. Then they left, and you were back where you started with less cash.
Three months learning your offer. A few weeks of real output. Then a better offer somewhere else, and the ramp starts over.
A spreadsheet of names, a monthly invoice, and phones nobody answered. You paid for activity. You got none of the outcome.
Track record
One pipeline, start to finish. Every call our reps make feeds the next stage.
Cumulative totals to date. See how the sales agency results break down.
How it works
Thirty minutes on your offer, your buyer, and your deal size. If it fits, we set the commission split on the call.
Day oneWe match reps to your market, train them on your offer, and build the lists and scripts. You approve before anyone dials.
First one to two weeksReps dial your market every working day and book demos straight onto your calendar.
Once you sign offYou run the demo. Our reps work the follow up to a signed deal. You see dials, connects, demos, and outcomes.
Through the six month termWhat you pay
$0to start. No retainer, no setup fee, no payroll, no recruiting cost.
Ironline is paid a commission on the deals our reps close, for the life of the six month client contract. Nothing is billed before a deal closes.
The split is set on the call, based on your deal size and your sales cycle. It is built around your numbers, not a rate card.
| Cost | Hire in-house | Ironline |
|---|---|---|
| Salary or retainer | You pay it every month, from day one | None |
| Recruiting | Recruiter fees or weeks of your time | Ironline sources the reps |
| Training and ramp | Months before full output | Reps arrive able to sell. We train them on your offer |
| Management | Your time, every week | Ironline manages the reps |
| If nothing closes | You paid for all of it anyway | You owe nothing |
| When you pay | Every payday | When a deal closes |
Industries
Same method in each one. Different buyer, different objection, different hour to call.
You sell to clinic owners who are often the injector too. Our reps get past the front desk and book the owner between appointments.
You sell to contractors who are on a job site by seven. We reach them in the truck, and keep the pitch to what it does for their jobs.
You sell to shop owners whose year runs on the weather. We time outreach to the shoulder seasons, when owners have room to think.
You sell to brokers and team leads who live on the phone already. They respect a tight pitch, so that is the only kind our reps make.
Objections
If one of these is a dealbreaker, better you find out here than on the call.
Ask us the rest on a callThere is no hidden fee. The catch sits on our side: we are selective. We only take on offers we believe our reps can sell, because if they cannot, we do not get paid. That filter protects you as much as it protects us.
Ironline does. We recruit them, train them, manage them, and carry them. They sell your offer, on your calendar. You never take on an employee, a payroll line, or an HR file.
You owe nothing. There is no retainer to recover and nothing to pay back. If deals do not come, we lost the time and you lost a few calendar slots. That is the deal, and it is why we qualify hard before we start.
Faster than a new hire, because they arrive already able to sell. Training covers your offer and your buyer, not how to make a call. Reps start dialing once you have signed off on the scripts and the lists.
It should not. Ironline can cover a segment, a region, or the outbound your team never gets to. We agree the territory before anyone dials, so nobody calls the same account twice.
Businesses without a proven offer. If nobody has bought it yet, outbound will not fix that. It is also a poor fit for very low ticket sales, where one deal cannot carry a commission, and for enterprise deals with year long cycles and procurement committees. If that is you, we will say so on the first call.
The founder
Ironline was started by a B2B seller, not a marketer.
Five years and counting in B2B sales, across staffing, internet and security services, and technology. Long enough to see the same pattern in every one: good reps exist, and most companies cannot find them or cannot afford to carry them while they ramp.
Commission only fixes both. Nobody gets paid until a deal closes, so everyone is on the same side of it.
Tell us what you sell and what a deal is worth. If it fits, you pick a time for a 30 minute call and we set the split there.
